I generally paint things that surround me. Usually small landscapes
      from my neighborhood or around my house and I often frame the scenes
      within a window or doorway. The juxtaposition and contrast of organic and
      inorganic interests me. Color is also a central part of my paintings as well as
      capturing the amazing light, plantlife and beauty of the desert.
